Thursdays, March 21 and 28, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm: Two classes remain in our series about Puerto Rican Folklore. This workshop is offered by art teacher Cuca Torrech and features tales from our island’s beloved folkloric heritage, as well as a creative project.

Congratulations to our chess teacher Jonathan Torres! Jonathan was the champion at the recent competition: “Chess Blitz of Puerto Rico 2019,” held by the PR Chess Federation. Jonathan teaches chess to adults and children at our library on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 3 pm to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am – 1 pm.
