AND THE WINNER IS

YOU. That’s right!  Each and every reader who participated in our summer reading contest is a winner!  We are so thankful for YOUR participation.  With the help from 50 of our library’s children and young adults, we reached our goal of 500 titles!  And, now we can split our $500 budget 50/50 with our library and our designated nonprofit the Boys & Girls Club of Puerto Rico (BGCPR).  For our library we have just purchased 17 ebooks in the amount of $250 for our digital branch.  And, we will be sending our check in the amount of $250 to the BCGPR for their new library corner at one of their clubs.

Congratulations to the winners of the four reading tablets!  As per our email,  a library team pulled the names of the winners on Saturday, July 31.  We notified the winners that same day.  For the record all of the winners read over 20 books!

GREAT JOB AND CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED!!!!  YOU ARE ALL WINNERS IN OUR BOOKS!
